Movie Buff Utah (Ogden, Utah, USA) I bought 10 pieces stainless steel cookware set and a 10 “pan has opened about a month ago. My wife and I were very pleased with this cookware. Our previous pots Calphalon Commercial Hard Anodized in Toledo, Ohio did. We were very pleased with the Calphalon pan. Indeed, we have pots and pans, because our children for their cooking. But I wanted multilayer stainless steel cookware for a time pass. Our recent hard anodized aluminum cookware has reacted very quickly to temperature changes. But, my wife and I found that multilayer stainless steel heats and cools more slowly than hard anodized aluminum. In fact these multi-layer heat like cast iron pans more. For use after arrival to the settings on medium heat, we have very good results. soaking in water and a bar Keepers Friend Stainless Steel Cleaner is installed easily cleaned. It ‘was very important to me, pots from sale in the U.S. or to be more precise, I wanted to avoid “Made in China” pots. I’m not against the Chinese pots. I just found in my research that the current Chinese pots made consistent quality control is lacking. Considered the All-Clad stainless steel, but the price was exorbitant high.
